Jim Leyritz is out of jail, for the time being. Leyritz was sent to the slammer last week after he violated terms of his bail by consuming alcohol. The former Yankees catcher is awaiting trial in Florida on charges of killing a woman while driving under the influence.Leyritz was given a stern warning prior to his release. He claimed last week he was unaware of the no alcohol stipulation of his bail.
