Johnny Damon's calf is apparently worse than originally reported. Damon thought he had a cramp in his leg, but now he's out indefinitely (though a DL stint is not expected to be needed).
Chien-Ming Wang's hammy feels pretty good and he is hoping to be back on schedule this month.
Ron Villone was cut in spring training, but is just a phone call away. He's agreed to a minor league deal and will report to Scranton.
