Another reason why having an off day after opening day is absolutely ridiculous - no game today. Heavy rains have delayed Andy Pettitte Nose ( and I say that affectionately) from making his Yankee Stadium return. No make up date has been announced.
Two straight days of no baseball after finally starting just sux to put it mildly. Unless there is a change by either Joe Torre or Joe Maddon, Pettitte will square off with Jae Seo tomorrow night.

Kudos to the KC Royals for kicking Shitbag Schilling's ass in the opener!
Barry Zito had a nice mediocre 5 inning, 2 earned run start for the Giants, who were shut out by Jake Peavy and the Pads.
The Tigers picked up their AL championship rings today. Kenny Rogers was in attendance. Wonder if his had a foreign substance.
El Duque not only beat the Cards yesterday, he doubled in 2 runs too.
