This from Peter Abraham- the Yankees have already sold 3.8 million seats for the 2008 season. That's, in a word, phenomenal. The pace is 400K above last season at this point.
The Yankees drew a season high 4,271,083 fans last year. With this being the last year of the current stadium, the Yankees should pass that figure.
When the Yankees pass the 4 million mark, they'll join the Toronto Blue Jays (1991-1993) as the only team to surpass 4 million fans for 3 straight years.
