The Season Has Gotten Even Worse

A-Rod had to leave tonight's game with an apparent hamstring injury. He collided with Twins 1st Baseman Justin Morneu, hooking ankles, and tumbled to the ground. After initially staying in the game, A-Rod came out after 3rd Base coach Larry Bowa saw just how bad he was hurting.

Let's hope this isn't serious.

Update 9:50 pm EDT - Dr. Stuart Hershon examined A-Rod's leg and his initial diagnosis is a strained hamstring. He'll be re-evaluated tomorrow- for now A-Rod is day-to-day.
