While everyone in the free world is considering a deal for Mark Teixeira, the Angels are also considering taking a run at Paul Konerko. With Bartolo Colon injured and Ervin Santana ineffective, the Angels could be looking at one of the Chisox pitches (Vazquez, Contreras, Garland) as well. Source

Blue Jays GM J.P. Ricciardi is denying the team has an interest in Pirates shortstop Jack Wilson. Rumors cropped up last week with Troy Glaus' name being mentioned as well. Source
