Ian Kennedy was cuising along with a 7-2 lead entering the 7th, when he got hit in the side with a line drove off the bat of Jason Bartlett and had to leave the game. Billy Traber came in and allowed a 2-run home run to Carl Crawford and then hit Carlos Pena. Brian Bruney came in and decided to throw even more grease on the fire. A 2-run HR by B.J. Upton and a solo shot by Evan Longoria, his major league home run, and suddenly it's a 7-7 tie.
