Bedard Heading West

It's hard to call it breaking news when it has been rumored every day for the last 2 weeks, but the Orioles' Erik Bedard is finally headed to the Seattle Mariners.

In return, the M's are shipping outfielder Adam Jones, reliever George Sherrill, and pitching prospects Chris Tillman, Tony Butler and Kam Mickolio to Baltimore. Source

Jones is the key to the trade for the O's, though they are certainly hoping at least one of the pitching prospects pans out. Sherrill will also help their bullpen.
