Ken Rosenthal is reporting that Atlanta Braves GM John Schuerholz will announce his resignation at a 3:30 press conference. Schuerholz is among the best in the business, so it is no doubt a blow to the Braves.
Update 1:45 pm - Schuerholz will be staying on as team president, so it looks like the greatest impact will be on the day to day team decisions.
