Matsui Ready to Go

Hideki Matsui said his knee is feeling "markedly" better after having it drained of fluid. Joe Torre was waffling on his decision to start Godzilla or Shelley Duncan (looks more like someone who would be named Godzilla) at DH in Game 1. But Torre has now decided to go with the experienced Matsui, despite the fact he's 1-9 lifetime against C.C. Sabathia.

Smart move, No-Brainer here by Torre, as Matsui is clearly the better hitter.
