Hands of Gold

The annual Gold Glove awards were announced for both leagues. No Yankees received one. I didn't see him play every day, but was surprised to see Adrian Beltre take it over Mike Lowell and A-Rod. Also, there's no one in the NL better than David Wright.

We know that the Gold Glove award is, for the most part, a joke. The same people basically win it every year, even if its not deserved. Any fan of Tino Martinez remembers the year Raffy Palmeiro won it after only playing 28 games at 1st.
