Peter Abraham reports that the Mets have now joined the Angels in meeting with Scott Boras and A-Rod. Hard to imagine A-Rod would dare stay in NYC, even with another team. If the Mets were to make the move, it would certainly make sense to move Carlos Delgado, and slide David Wright to 1st. Wright isn't a very good 3rd Baseman- I don't care that he won a gold glove- so it wouldn't make much sense to play him at 2nd.
