This Week in the NFL - Division Round

The Giants got their first playoff win since their Super Bowl run in 2000 and we're really looking forward, albeit with some trepidation, to this week's divisional match up in Dallas.

A lot of the talking heads are picking the Giants, but we just can't see it as much as we'd like to. The Giants have not been able to stop a high powered offense - Tampa does NOT qualify as one - this season. We don't see a reason why that will change.
Cowboys -7.5 vs. Giants Cowboys 31 Giants 20 (same score as their 2nd meeting)

Packers -8 vs. Seahawks: Mike Holmgren back in his old haunts and his old QB will haunt him. There's nothing about this Seattle team that impresses us, especially on the road. Packers 30 Seahawks 17

Jaguars +13 at Patriots: We really think this physical Jags team will keep it close, but no doubt about who wins. Patriots 31 Jaguars 21

Chargers +8.5 vs. Colts: As much as we would like to see the Bolts do some damage, we think the Colts are just too much for them. But it will be close. Colts 27 Chargers 23

So there you have 2 favorites, 2 'dogs, and 4 favorites win outright.
