Love stories like that. Ok, we're saps. But great story relayed by Peter Abraham of the Journal News. A young girl in Taiwan wanted to meet Chien-Ming Wang as her Make-A-Wish Foundation wish. Hopefully it will get an English publication in the states one of these days.

the book you talked about, is called "Ace in America - The story of Chien-Ming Wang's rise to stardom with the New York Yankees" by Peter Abraham, Mark Feinsand, and Sam Borden. I am fortunate enough to be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English so I own a copy. It is very well written, and am an honest depiction of the Taiwanese pitcher. I certain hope there will be enough interests for it in the future for it to be published.
