Yankee Stadium fans just witnessed a piece of history as Derek Jeter passed Mickey Mantle for sole possession of 3rd place on the all-time team hit list. Hit #2416 was an RBI single to right off of Blue Jays starter Jesse Litsch. It also ended Litsch's 18 inning scoreless streak.
