As the owners of 2 Beagles, we couldn't be prouder of "K-Run's Park Me in First", better known as Uno, who did what no other Beagle has done before- win Best in Show at the 132nd annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Uno beat out thousands of those dogs with ridiculous haircuts to capture the crown.There is a backlash from all this though. A lot of people get excited when a dog wins at Westminster and immediately want to go out and get that breed. But as people who have volunteered in rescue work (both of our Beagles came from rescues), we urge you to think twice before doing so.
