So Roger Clemens decided to come out of his spider hole this morning to make an appearance on ESPN radio's Mike & Mike show. The first question was, of course, what made you decide to appear in public?Clemens and his wife are headed on a trip overseas, so the Rocket wanted to make a preemptive strike before the release of "American Icon: The Fall of Roger Clemens and the Rise of Steroids in America's Pastime".
Clemens maintained his innocence and used every angle possible to mention what a great, generous, family oriented, and clean cut American individual he is.
